Keep your Surface Earbuds clean and looking their best. Clean your earbuds by wiping them with a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with an isopropyl alcohol solution 70% or less to remove dirt, debris, and oils. (Isopropyl alcohol wipes also work.) When cleaning your earbuds:
- Don’t press on the acoustic mesh grill or use any sharp objects to try to remove debris.
- Don’t use lotion or other liquids because that can damage your earbuds.
- Avoid getting moisture on the inside of your ear tips.
