You can add links to the body of email messages and display them as either full website addresses or any text that you choose.
Insert a hyperlink
- In the body of your message, position the cursor where you want to add a link and select the Insert link
button (or press the shortcut keys Command ⌘+ K). - In the window, you can specify what you want the hyperlink text to Display as, then add your Web address (URL). If you prefer the link to be displayed as a full hyperlink address, you can leave the Display as box blank.
- Select OK.
Change text into a hyperlink
- To insert a hyperlink, select the text you want to hyperlink and select the Insert link
button. - In the window, enter the address for the link and select OK.
Remove a hyperlink
- To remove the text of a hyperlink, place your cursor within the link text in the body of your message.
- In the Format menu (or press the shortcut keys ⌘+ K), select Hyperlink
, and then select Remove Link.
